There is no upper age limit. This earned each pupil between 25 and 40 valuable UCAS points to put towards their university applications, with the possibility of earning more by moving on to higher grades. All graduating students leave with a professionally-shot show reel and a voice reel.
Taking extracts from musicals students are coached in the stagingperformance and singing of these pieces. Applicants should be fluent English speakers.

They showcase these skills through performances in a professionally directed and edited short film, shot on location, as well as radio plays, a voice reel and video game voice acting experience.
Applications are now open. Our principal aim is for the students to enjoy their classes and therefore Examinations are not compulsory.
MFA Professional Acting
The course aims to build rounded graduates with a prospecus range lajda appropriate movement, voice, music and acting skills. Online application fee for an audition in North America or at a non EU venue: Prospecyus One Students develop core skills in acting, voice, movement and music through classes including stage combat, Alexander Technique, mask, vocal technique, accents, singing and musicianship, and group improvisation. We are very proud to report that all seven of our pupils passed their exams, three with merit and two with distinction.
Students complete the final phase of their screen and audio training, which includes a make-your-own film assignment and extensive audition preparation. See our Funding pages for more information. This programme sets out to stretch and grow students’ talent as actors so they can contribute intellectually and creatively to the highest standard of dramatic work. LAMDA reserves the right to alter the advertised courses and course content. Detailed written feedback is provided at the end of each term, and at the end of each public performance.
Drama is an area of particular strength at Colchester High School. Non-native speakers do not need to provide an Prosectus language test report when they apply as we assess English at the auditions, however they will need to provide a valid IELTS test report with an overall score of seven if offered a place.

Eligible students can also take part in the Next Generation showcase in Ontario, Canada. Students eligible to work in the US also receive bespoke classes from a US industry expert.
